Wazzup24 Integration Plugin Released for Webasyst CRM

On July 4, 2026, we released Wazzup24: Integration for Webasyst CRM.

The plugin connects Wazzup24 channels to standard CRM sources: messenger conversations appear in the CRM timeline, managers reply from Webasyst, and the communication history stays attached to customer and deal records.

What the plugin does

  • loads the list of Wazzup24 channels by API key;
  • receives incoming messages in Webasyst CRM;
  • sends manager replies back through Wazzup24;
  • stores attachments, files, and voice messages in CRM;
  • updates sending, delivery, read, and error statuses;
  • finds and creates customer contacts, preserving messenger identifiers;
  • supports WhatsApp, WABA, Telegram, Telegram Bot, VK, Avito, Cian, Viber, Instagram, MAX, and MAX Bot.

The plugin is designed for sales and support teams that already communicate with customers through Wazzup24 and want to keep those conversations inside Webasyst CRM instead of switching between messengers.
