Bitrix24 Integration Plugin Released for Webasyst Shop-Script

On February 15, 2026, we released Bitrix24: Integration for Webasyst Shop-Script.
The plugin connects an online store with Bitrix24 through an inbound webhook and helps sales teams handle orders, customers, payments, and products without manual data entry.
What the plugin does
- automatically sends new orders to Bitrix24 after checkout;
- creates and opens deals or leads directly from the Shop-Script order page;
- synchronizes Shop-Script order statuses with Bitrix24 pipeline stages;
- creates and updates contacts and companies;
- transfers product rows, delivery, and totals to deals, leads, and invoices;
- creates invoices and marks them as paid after order payment;
- supports field mapping between Webasyst and Bitrix24;
- passes traffic sources, UTM tags, and analytics data;
- supports manual sync and background sync by CRON.
Who it is for
The plugin is designed for Shop-Script stores that run sales in Bitrix24: the sales team gets deals and customer records in the CRM, while the store remains the main checkout point.
It is especially useful for projects with multiple managers, sales pipelines, repeat orders, and payment control workflows.
