amoCRM Integration Plugin Released for Webasyst Shop-Script

At the beginning of the year, we released amoCRM: Integration, a Webasyst Shop-Script plugin that connects an online store with amoCRM and removes manual lead transfer between systems.

The plugin automates orders, deals, contacts, products, and abandoned carts. This is especially useful for stores where sales managers work in CRM while orders are created in Shop-Script.

What it solves

The integration helps managers process requests faster and see customer history in amoCRM without constantly switching between the store backend and CRM.

Key features

• Order → amoCRM deal
  A new store order can automatically create a deal linked to a contact and company.

• Status synchronization
  Order, shipment, and deal statuses can be synchronized between Shop-Script and amoCRM.

• Abandoned carts
  Carts can be transferred to amoCRM as deals, so managers can bring customers back to purchase.

• Products inside deals
  Order or cart items are transferred to the deal, so the manager sees exact products and totals.

• Product catalog export
  Store catalog products can be exported to amoCRM and used in deals.

• UTM and custom fields transfer
  Campaign data and custom fields can be passed to the required amoCRM entities.
